In January, Disney announced it would merge its Hulu + Live TV service with Fubo, with Disney owning 70% of the combined company. This deal ended a previous lawsuit filed by Fubo against Disney, Fox, and Warner Bros. Discovery regarding their proposed sports streaming service, Venu.
Warren argues that the deal allows Disney to circumvent the lawsuit while acquiring a competitor, potentially leading to higher prices and less market competition for viewers.
