The study analyzed 22.4 billion emails covering October 1, 2023 to May 31, 2024, with a focus on diverse industries such as retail, BFSI, travel & hospitality, and media and entertainment. The analysis incorporated key metrics including email bounce rate, click to open rate, clickthrough rate, conversion rate, open rate and unsubscribe rate.
