The news: Following the Cybercab’s lackluster unveiling last week, Uber CEO Dara Khosrowshahi says he’d like to partner with Tesla in the robotaxi game.

Khosrowshahi said he’d like to get Tesla’s upcoming robotaxis onto the Uber platform, per The Financial Times, as an addition to Uber’s existing partnership with Waymo.
Autonomous vehicles may not be a winner-takes-all market, according to Khosrowshahi, and Uber could try to become a competitor with Tesla if the EV company isn’t open to collaboration.
